Throw setup
Position the camera to ensure player remains in frame
Camera perpendicular to the player's chest
Don't shoot up or down at an angle
Not too bright or too dark behind the player
Example of proper throw setup:
Full body in frame — correct ✓
Start recording 2 seconds before the throw and end after follow-through
Open the Camera app
Use your phone's built-in Camera app.
Open the "More" menu
At the bottom of the screen, tap More to see all available shooting modes.
Select Pro Video mode
From the list of modes, tap Pro Video.
Set frame rate to FHD 120 or FHD 240
In the top icon row, tap the resolution button (it may show FHD 60 or another number — it's the second from the right). Select FHD 120 or FHD 240.
Press record
Tap the red button to start. Tap again after the full follow-through to stop.
Upload to your dashboard
Log in → click Upload → Choose File → select the video from your gallery.
Common mistakes
Player or ball leaving the frame. Back up further if needed.
Starting the recording too late. Press record at least 2 seconds before hands separate.
Stopping the recording too early. Keep recording through the full follow-through.
