Android Camera Set Up Instructions for Throw Breakdown
Step 1: Go to the camera app. Step 2: At the bottom, you will see a 'more' option. Select this. Step 3: Now you will see a list of options for photo modes and video modes. Select 'Pro Video' Step 4: On the top icon list, select the option with 'FHD 60' (may say another number). This will be the second from the right. Step 5: Select 'FHD 120' or 'FHD 240'. Step 6: Rotate phone so it is set up to record horizontally. Press the red button to record the throw and the red button again to stop.
Throw Setup
The camera should be as close to the QB as possible while keeping the entire athlete fully in frame the whole throw (typically about 5-8 yards away).
Do not cut off any part of the body during the throw.
Record directly from the side.
Have camera at roughly same height of player.
Make sure background is not too bright or too dark.
Acceptable footwork: Step and throw, hitch into throw, cross over, or cross over into hitch.
DO NOT upload a throw that includes a full drop (3-step, 5-step, rollouts, etc.) as this will reduce data quality and consistency.

Be sure to have the entirety of your body and throw in the frame
Start the recording 2 seconds before the throw and end after follow-through.
