Step 1: Go to the camera app.
Step 2: At the bottom, you will see a list of the types of videos or photos you can take. Select ‘SLO-MO.’
Step 3: At the top right, you will see ‘HD . 120’ which is the default option. Tap it to change to ‘HD . 240.’
Step 4: Rotate phone so it is set up to record horizontally. Press the red button to record the throw and the red button again to stop.
If you need to check and/or change any settings, select the Settings app and scroll down until you see the camera app. Select '>' to access it.

Step 5: Go to photos and click on video
Step 6: Click the “share” icon and scroll to “Export Unmodified Original” and export to files (do no skip this step)

Step 7: Go to “Files” app and confirm video was saved there
Step 8: Login to your dashboard and click "Upload" and choose "Choose File" and select recently exported file.
Step 1: Go to the camera app.
Step 2: At the bottom, you will see a 'more' option. Select this.
Step 3: Now you will see a list of options for photo modes and video modes. Select 'Pro Video'
Step 4: On the top icon list, select the option with 'FHD 60' (may say another number). This will be the second from the right.
Step 5: Select 'FHD 120' or 'FHD 240'.
Step 6: Rotate phone so it is set up to record horizontally. Press the red button to record the throw and the red button again to stop.
