Who do you train?

Quarterbacks from 6th grade through professional. We tailor every session based on where you are, not just how old you are.

What should I bring to a session?

Football, cleats, tennis shoes, water, and a ready mindset. If this is a private session then you are required to bring someone to catch. If it’s your first time, come early we’ll walk you through everything.

Do I need to be a starter to train at SparkQB?

Not at all. We coach starters, backups, multi-sport athletes, and new QBs alike. If you’re serious about improving, you’ll fit here.

How often should I train?

That depends on your goals and the season. We offer year-round training and in-season tune-ups. Most athletes train 1–2x/week in the offseason.

What’s the difference between your group sessions and other trainers’?

Most “group” sessions in this industry turn into QB crowds... 15+ kids and minimal coaching. We cap ours at 8 QBs max. Every rep is coached. Every mechanic is corrected. That’s the difference.

Do you use film or breakdowns?

Yes, film is a huge part of our process. Every quarterback training remotely or through SpinLabAi gets a full breakdown and feedback.

How many quarterbacks are in a private session?

Two max. That’s the limit. It keeps the intensity high and the coaching personal.

Can I train if I play other sports?

Absolutely. We’re built to support multi-sport athletes and understand the demands of your schedule.

Are receivers required?

Each quarterback is required to bring a receiver to private sessions. Receivers are welcome and encouraged at group sessions, and there’s no cost to bring one.

Do you offer long-term development plans?

Yes, we’re not here just to prep you for a camp or combine. Whether you’re with us for one session or one season, we build around long-term growth. Most QBs train with us consistently year over year.
