training that transfers

What We Coach Is What Shows Up

At Spark QB, we coach QBs to dominate all phases on game day.

Our system optimizes your throwing motion, perfects all movement patterns, & teaches you high level football IQ so that you can become the best QB you can be.

Our training is reflexive and encourages athletes to make decisions based on what is happening. This is imperative to success in games.

When the game speeds up, your training should show up.

Not Just
More Reps.
Better Ones.

Reps without intent build habits without value.

At SparkQB, every rep is coached, corrected, and connected to game-ready performance. From mechanics and movement to decision-making, we want what you learn in training to hold up when the game gets fast and things don’t go exactly as planned.

The goal is to build a quarterback who can play, not just train.

frequently asked questions
Who do you train?
→

QBs at all ages/levels. Training is tailored to the individual QB & where you’re at.

What should I bring to a session?
→

Football, cleats, & water. Show up early so you can warm up before the session starts.

Do I need to be a starter to train at SparkQB?
→

Not at all. We coach starters, backups, multi-sport athletes, and new QBs alike. If you’re serious about improving, you’ll fit here.

How often should I train?
→

That depends on your goals and the season. We offer year-round training and in-season tune-ups. Most athletes train 1–2x/week.

What’s the difference between your group sessions and other trainers’?
→

Many “group” sessions have 15+ QBs. Our sessions are capped to maximize your performance & reps.

Do you use film or breakdowns?
→

Yes, film is a huge part of our process. We monitor throw breakdowns & biomechanics for all our QBs.

Can I train if I play other sports?
→

Absolutely. We’re built to support multi-sport athletes and understand the demands of your schedule.

Are receivers required?
→

Each quarterback is required to bring a receiver to private sessions. Receivers are welcome and encouraged at group sessions and there’s no cost to bring one.

Do you offer long-term development plans?
→

Yes, we’re not here just to prep you for a camp or combine. Whether you’re with us for one session or one season, we build around long-term growth. Most QBs train with us consistently year over year.

Bring the Fuel.
We’ll Bring the Spark.

SparkQB isn’t for everyone. It’s for quarterbacks who want more... more detail, more purpose, more from every rep.
