Depends on how you use it. If you're walking through your breakdown results, just show up. If you're doing a live throwing session, bring your phone on a tripod so Joe can see your mechanics, and wear headphones so you can hear his cues while you throw. That's it.
No, but it helps. If you already have your breakdown, Joe can go deep on your specific numbers and priorities. If not, the call can still be used for film review, drill planning, or general development questions.
