1. Services Provided

Mohr Performance LLC (dba SparkQB) provides quarterback training, coaching programs, events, and digital content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If under 18, parental consent is required.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payments for sessions, programs, or subscriptions must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, are determined by SparkQB policies at the time of purchase.
• Missed sessions without notice may not be refundable.

4. Communication Consent

By providing your mobile number or email, you consent to receive training updates, reminders, and promotional messages from SparkQB.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. Use unsubscribe links for emails.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services. Examples include:

• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using our content without permission.
• Harassing or interfering with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, training systems, and technology (including SpinLabAi) are owned by Mohr Performance LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding results, performance improvements, or outcomes from training.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkQB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
